Edge rounding, also known as edge radiusing, stands as a common practice in metal fabrication, employing oscillating discs to eradicate vertical burrs or scallops left on the surface edges of deburred metal components during processing.

• The rotary brush system provides a precisely controlled radius on all edges, cut outs, slots and holes while leaving the surface of the part virtually unaffected, all grades of material processed by Wrightform benefit from this process.
• Up to 1300mm wide.
• Banishes vibratory hand tools, thus eradicating health issues associated with this type of equipment.
