How Can Metal flattening and destressing metal Help?
Removing residual stress improves surface consistency, stabilises the material structure, reduces waste, and minimises tool wear — enabling more accurate, reliable and efficient downstream processing.
Manual flattening may improve appearance, but it does not reliably remove residual stress. Industrial Levelling works differently.

With our ARKU FlatMaster 88 operating in-house, we can respond quickly to subcontract levelling requirements, from individual sheets and components to larger production batches. Customers can send material to us for levelling alone or incorporate the process into a wider manufacturing requirement.
State of the Art Facilities
Our ARKU FlatMaster 88 provides industrial roller levelling for sheet, plate and cut components, helping to remove internal stress and restore flatness. Its large-format capability allows us to process everything from thinner sheet through to heavy plate up to 60mm, including complex parts and sheets containing cut-outs.
